PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS OF USE BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE. This is a legal agreement (the “Agreement“) between you (“you“, “your“) and Lopa Avila Studio (“we“, “us“) regarding your use of Lopa Avila Studio’s website. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, the User Agreement and Lopa Avila Studio’s Privacy Policy.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms. The Site is made available by us subject to this Agreement.  We may make changes to this Agreement from time to time; we may notify you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting the revised version of this Agreement on the Site.  Your use of the Site following changes to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of those changes.  We may, at any time, modify or discontinue all or part of the Site; charge, modify or waive fees required to use the Site; or offer opportunities to some or all Site users.

 

2. Jurisdictional Issues. The Site is processed by Wix and controlled and operated by us from the Republic of Colombia, It adheres to the privacy principles of the Safe Harbor Agreement developed by the US Department of Commerce and the European Union (EU). The Site may not be appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction other than the Republic of Colombia.  If you access the Site, you do so at your own risk, and you are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations.  You are also subject to Republic of Colombia export controls and are responsible for the violations of such controls, including any Republic of Colombia embargoes or other state rules and regulations restricting exports.

 

3. Our Proprietary Rights. We and our licensors and suppliers own the information and materials made available through the Site.  Such information and materials are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other proprietary rights and laws.  Except as expressly authorized in advance by us, you agree not to reproduce, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on, all or any part of the Site or any information or materials made available through the Site.

 

4. Use License. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Lopa Avila Studio’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

5. Disclaimers. THE SITE, AND ALL SERVICES, INFORMATION AND MATERIALS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE, ARE PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND WE DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES, INFORMATION AND MATERIALS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE, INCLUDING THE REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT AND TITLE.  WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT ANY PARTICULAR SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE SITE, AND YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ANY SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE YOU USE WILL FUNCTION CORRECTLY WITH THE SITE.  YOU AGREE THAT YOU MUST EVALUATE, AND THAT YOU BEAR ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH, THE USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIALS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE.

7. Revisions and Errata. The materials appearing on Lopa Avila Studio’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Lopa Avila Studio does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Lopa Avila Studio may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Lopa Avila Studio does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Links. The Site may provide links to other web sites and online resources.  You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for and do not endorse such external sites or resources; YOUR USE OF THIRD PARTY WEB SITES AND RESOURCES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.  We reserve the right (but do not have any obligation) to block any links to or from the Site.

 

9. Governing Law. Any claim relating to Lopa Avila Studio’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the Department of Cundinamarca without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
